Standard Package: $10,000
(Up to 10 hours of session time)
Includes pre-retreat consultation, customized needs assessment, and tailored session plan focusing on one primary skill or development area.
Advanced Package: $15,000
(Up to 20 hours of session time)
Covers a more extensive set of topics, including resilience, empathy, or strategic leadership. Includes a series of sessions throughout the retreat for comprehensive skill-building, plus post-retreat follow-up.
Premier Package: $25,000
(Up to 40 hours of session time)
Provides the highest level of engagement, including multiple in-depth break-out sessions, real-time feedback, skill integration, and six months of ongoing support. Ideal for retreats with significant team alignment and leadership development goals.

How Booking Works

Initial Consultation: Contact us to discuss your retreat goals and specific needs. During this consultation, we’ll gather information to understand the themes and outcomes you want for your team. This call or virtual meeting allows us to propose an initial framework for the sessions and determine which package is the best fit.
Needs Assessment and Session Planning: Once a package is chosen, we’ll conduct a detailed needs assessment with key stakeholders to develop a customized session agenda. This includes identifying skills gaps, selecting themes, and designing experiential activities tailored to your team’s objectives.
Pre-Retreat Preparation: Leading up to the retreat, our facilitators prepare interactive exercises, real-world case studies, and customized tools to ensure participants are engaged and sessions are aligned with your company’s vision.
